These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 19jl platform, including all casino games, sports betting, bingo, and related services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

All users must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to Philippine online gaming. Age is verified at registration and before first withdrawal processing.
Each individual may hold only one 19jl account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of associated balances. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
All 19jl bonuses and promotions carry wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or multi-accounting are forfeited without notice or appeal.
All deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and balances on 19jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 19jl is not responsible for any foreign exchange costs incurred by payment service providers.
All RNG-based games on 19jl use certified random number generators from accredited testing agencies. Tampering with game outcomes, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using automated bots is prohibited.
19jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or engaging in any conduct detrimental to the platform or other users.
1.1 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the 19jl platform, form the entire agreement between the User and 19jl with respect to the use of the platform and its services.
1.2 By completing the 19jl account registration process, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement is formed at the moment you click "Create Account," "Register," or any equivalent button during the registration flow.
1.3 These Terms apply to all services offered by 19jl, including but not limited to: casino games (slots, live dealer, bingo, fish shooting, e-sabong), sports betting and live in-play wagering, promotional and loyalty programs, and the 19jl cashier and payment services.
1.4 19jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 13 (Amendments) for full details.
2.1 To be eligible to register for and use an 19jl account, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions:
2.2 19jl employs age verification procedures during the registration process and as a prerequisite to processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents that 19jl may request include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) birth certificate, Philippine National ID (PhilSys), driver's license, passport, or other government-issued identification bearing the holder's date of birth and photograph.
2.3 Any User found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account immediately and permanently closed. Any funds held in such an account, including winnings derived from wagers placed while underage, are subject to forfeiture. 19jl reserves the right to refer any evidence of underage gambling to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
2.4 19jl is committed to protecting minors from accessing gambling services. Players are encouraged to utilize parental control software and to keep account credentials secure and inaccessible to persons under 21.
3.1 Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 19jl platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, device, or IP address used — are classified as "duplicate accounts" and are subject to closure without notice. Funds held in duplicate accounts, including any bonuses, promotional credits, and winnings, are subject to forfeiture.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 19jl account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 19jl will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 19jl support immediately and change your password.
3.4 Any activity conducted on your 19jl account using valid login credentials is presumed to be conducted by you. 19jl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security, except where 19jl's own negligence is the direct cause.
3.5 19jl reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time and to place temporary restrictions on account activity pending completion of such verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
4.1 All monetary transactions on the 19jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 19jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed in the platform cashier, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the 19jl cashier at the time of transaction. 19jl reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time.
4.3 Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
4.4 19jl is not responsible for any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal disbursement caused by third-party payment service providers, banking system outages, or events outside 19jl's direct control.
4.5 Deposits made in error (e.g., amounts deposited exceeding intended amounts) may be eligible for reversal subject to 19jl's discretion and the applicable payment provider's reversal capabilities. 19jl does not guarantee refund of deposited funds on this basis.
4.6 Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any attempt to use the 19jl platform for financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) authorities.
5.1 19jl may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") to eligible registered players. All Promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.
5.2 General conditions applicable to all 19jl Promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:
5.3 19jl's decision regarding the eligibility for, and the terms and application of, any Promotion is final and binding. Disputes regarding Promotions must be raised with 19jl customer support within 14 days of the relevant promotional event.
6.1 Each game available on the 19jl platform is governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game provider. By placing a wager on any game, you agree to be bound by the rules applicable to that game. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflict pertains to a matter solely within the scope of the individual game rules.
6.2 All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on 19jl — including slots, bingo, and virtual table games — use certified RNG technology verified by independent testing agencies. 19jl does not and cannot influence the outcome of any certified RNG game. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages, not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
6.3 Live dealer games are operated by third-party live casino studios. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical actions observed on live video feed — card deals, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls — and are not influenced by 19jl or its software. 19jl does not accept responsibility for interruptions to live dealer game streams caused by third-party studio providers.
6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, communication failure, or any fault that results in an incorrect display of game outcomes or bet amounts, 19jl reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and refund the staked amount. Winnings accrued as a direct result of a demonstrable game malfunction are not payable and will be voided.
7.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 19jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

8.4 Where 19jl identifies indicators of problematic gambling behavior — including but not limited to unusually high deposit frequency, loss chasing patterns, or requests for deposit limit removal following a self-imposed limit — 19jl may contact the player and, in its sole discretion, impose protective restrictions on the account.
9.1 All content on the 19jl platform — including but not limited to the 19jl brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, and audiovisual materials — is the property of 19jl or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 19jl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to: copying, reproducing, or distributing platform content; scraping platform data using automated tools; creating derivative works based on 19jl content; or using the 19jl brand name or logo in any manner without prior written authorization.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of 19jl intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 19jl's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 19jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from:
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 19jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.
11.1 19jl's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the 19jl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11.2 19jl complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting obligations.
11.3 19jl may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, by PAGCOR regulatory requirements, by Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) reporting obligations, or where necessary for the provision of platform services (including payment processors and KYC verification providers). 19jl will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

12.1 19jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where 19jl, acting reasonably, has grounds to believe that:
12.2 Upon closure of a User account for breach of these Terms, 19jl may withhold any funds held in the account, including real-money balances and bonus balances, pending investigation. Where breach is substantiated, forfeiture of account balances may be enforced.
12.3 Users may close their 19jl account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntarily closed accounts with a remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) are entitled to a withdrawal of that balance subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds.
13.1 19jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, 19jl will endeavor to provide advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a notification displayed upon your next login.
13.2 Your continued use of the 19jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to immediately cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.3.
13.3 It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 19jl recommends reviewing the Terms at least once every three months or whenever you receive a notification of amendment.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless the dispute is first submitted to and resolved through good-faith mediation between the parties.
14.3 The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
15.1 If you have a question, concern, or complaint regarding these Terms or any aspect of the 19jl platform, please contact 19jl customer support in the first instance. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via live chat on the platform. Complaints may also be submitted in writing to: [email protected]
15.2 19jl undertakes to acknowledge formal written complaints within 2 business days and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within this period, 19jl will communicate an estimated resolution timeline.
15.3 Players who are dissatisfied with 19jl's resolution of a complaint relating to regulatory compliance may seek guidance from PAGCOR, the Philippine regulatory body responsible for online gaming oversight, at their official channels.
15.4 For disputes involving bonus amounts of ₱5,000 or less, 19jl's internal dispute resolution process is final. For disputes involving larger amounts, Users may seek independent arbitration as agreed between the parties.
